I'm an accomplished professional with 13+ years of diverse, progressive experiences in legal, compliance, corporate governance, and due diligence for private and public organizations. Strong reporting, research, and administrative skills to assure compliance with new and existing laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards. Experienced in maintaining vast investigational records, databases, and chains of custody for logging evidence, assuring security and privacy of sensitive data. Exceptional ability to orchestrate initiatives in partnership with Legal, HR, Accounting, Public Reporting teams as well as committees, boards, and task forces.
